Kelly spent five years as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson before changing direction and looking after a Property Management portfolio. In 2019 Kelly was given the opportunity to buy the portfolio and KPK Property Management Ltd was born.

Jaimee is the oldest daughter of Kelly and joined KPK Property Management in 2019 as part time administrator and became full time in May 2020 as Property Manager and administrator. Before joining her mother in the business, Jaimee spent 8 years in the hospitality business.
